You are responsible for the process of on time order management in SAP with all contractually agreed conditions
You coordinate order processing activities and lead the initial order briefing
You support sales activities of our direct sellers, international sales offices and of our management towards customers and interests from the backoffice
As interface to sellers, sales offices, management, product owners, project and implementation managers and occasionally to developers you take an important role in the coordination in customer lifecycle
You support our field sales and inside sales with preparations and calculations of customer-specific and individual offers
You pro-actively support establishing customer relations

You are fluent in German and English
You have advanced knowledge in SAP and are interested in adapting your key user competence
You have knowledge in contract law, fiscal law and foreign trade law
You have gained experience in internal sales and sales support in B2B
You are experienced with MS Office
You have affinity for Customer Relationship Management
