Are you a Customer Success and/or Onboarding Specialist with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry? Are you career-oriented and excited for the opportunities that the SaaS field has to offer?

This thriving SaaS companies offers an all-in-one solution for beauty salons, hairdressers and barbershops (from booking system, payment processing, webshops, email campaigns, and everything inbetween!) After their success in UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and the Nordics; the are currently expanding to the DACH region, where they currently have over 1.300 happy clients.


Your role as an Customer Success Manager or Onboarding Specialist

As an CSM or OS you’ll play an essential role in the satisfaction of the new and existing customer base in the DACH region, whether it is teaching the new clients how to use the system more effectively, to mentoring the more experience clients in making the most of their investment.


Your responsibilities:

Onboarding Specialist
  • Extending a warm welcome and delivering a positive first impression to recently signed clients.
  • Mentoring clients in how to make the most of all system functions.
  • Entering some data from their previous system or provider.

Customer Success Manager
  • Answering questions about the system to more experienced clients.
  • Sharing information about newly released functions.
  • Encouraging existing clients to explore new functions in a way that will increase both the profitability of their investment and satisfaction with the product.



What do you bring as an CSM/OS?
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or marketing.
  • You are fluentin both German and English.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in B2B relations, or experience dealing with beauty salons.
  • You are an innate cheerleader and have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Some experience upselling and cross-selling would be a plus for the CSM role.
  • Some experience in data entry would be a plus for the OC role.
