As we continue to grow our digital marketing capabilities, we have established the Omnichannel Customer Engagement team. Set up to further improve the holistic cross-channel experience of our customers, the team will create and support optimized campaign and engagement initiatives both on a Medical Device level, as well as in close collaboration with our Medical Device Businesses’ marketeers. In addition, it will provide specific analytics to support the customer engagement process and optimize and automate the partner communication with a focus on business processes by linking cross channel communication and CRM.

Omnichannel Marketing Lead (m/f/d) Medical Devices Germany - in Voll- oder Teilzeit (80%)

The Omnichannel Marketing Team is responsible for accelerating the transition toward Omnichannel marketing, aiming to increase engagement, loyalty and retention as well as driving incremental business. The Omnichannel Marketing Lead will lead a business needs driven Omnichannel organization, working with the Medical Device Businesses and the Strategic Capabilities teams to develop Omnichannel strategies and plans around our Medical Device led value proposition.

Omnichannel Organization

The Omnichannel Marketing Lead will devise an effective set up to optimally support the communication needs of the Medical Device Businesses as well as building and maintaining effective overall Medical Device related channel communication. He or she will provide support and guidance to the Omnichannel team to establish the function in an integrated way.

In this role the Omnichannel Marketing Lead will further develop new communication offerings, create awareness and acceptance within the Medical Device organization and ensure the sharing and leveraging of best practices in exchange with EMEA teams and other Omnichannel country organizations.

He or she will engage closely with the Business Intelligence team to implement measurement plans/KPIs to track channel effectiveness and ROI to further increase the reach and efficiency of the Omnichannel activities.

Channel Optimization

The Omnichannel Marketing Lead will work closely with the Medical Device Business Marketing Teams through platform support offerings, e.g. website, press releases, events and others. He or she will further build an overarching communication calendar to enable integrated messaging to our clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and the wider public.

CRM Integration

The Omnichannel Marketing Lead is expected to work jointly with the Business Intelligence Team and the Medical Device Businesses to drive the full leverage of our current CRM systems, such as OneForce and other tools for stakeholder communication and campaign management.

Qualifikationen
  • 10y+ relevant experience, university degree is a plus
  • Strong multichannel and campaign experience across all customer channels and CRM integration
  • Demonstrable senior level experience in either Healthcare or Consumer Marketing Communication
  • Ability to drive the set up of a new organization and engage closely with Franchise and external partners
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful relationships across multiple departments and within the EMEA organization
  • Project management orientation with the ability to prioritize and lead complex projects to completion
  • Proven track record of successful engagement with clinical & non-clinical partners on operational matters
  • Very good analytical skills to support data driven decision making processes
  • Energy and drive to deliver complex and personalized solutions in healthcare and strong customer facing skills
  • Experienced in Change Management is a plus
  • Business fluency in German and English required
