Company Overview: Our client is an international middle-market boutique firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the technology, services, and healthcare sectors. With approximately 200 professionals across the firm, we offer a dynamic and collaborative environment for individuals passionate about driving growth and innovation in the tech industry.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst / Junior Associate to join our Tech M&A team in Munich. You will play a pivotal role in executing M&A transactions, conducting industry research, financial analysis, and supporting due diligence efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Support M&A transactions.
  • Assist in industry research and financial analysis.
  • Aid in due diligence efforts.
  • Help prepare marketing materials and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide administrative support.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
  • 2-3 years in investment banking or corporate finance.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • Fluency in English and German.
