As the world’s fastest growing running brand, On’s creative studio output ranges from fully integrated global campaigns through to a wide range of executions to bring events and retail concepts to life. A strong marketing operations function is the backbone of our growing marketing department, therefore we are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help us set up the team for success. This role will support process implementation, project management and organisational excellence.
Your Team:
We’re the friend who shows you where to find city adventures, the run crew captain who won’t let you slow into the finish, the trail runner who pushes you to the summit to soak up the sunrise. We love getting to know our community and finding out what they want and need. Your Mission:
Identify better ways to automate and improve our end-to-end creative process management
Design and document scalable solutions that enable the team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department
Continuously evaluate, optimise, and manage our marketing technology systems, making them future-proof
Own our yearly go-to-market roadmap, including all changes and communication
Be responsible for the tracking, analysing and reporting of our marketing efforts to allow the team to take the best decisions based on data
Support with budget management and invoice processing
Manage change programs with key stakeholders
Proactively suggest new ways of working and best practices to the various marketing teams
Your Story:
You have 2 - 3 years experience in as a Project Coordinator
You have excellent project management skills, you can see the bigger picture, but you know it’s the fine details that really matter.
You are able to work to tight timelines, push for deadlines, prioritize and find solutions without losing the positive spirit.
You thrive when you don’t have all the answers and are able to work autonomously in order to turn ideas into reality.
You are a strong communicator
You are a true team player, understanding the importance of collaboration and compromise.
You have good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, database management and project management tools
