Our client is a leading manufacturer of diagnostic solutions for the point of care and offers a range of rapid testing technologies that improve the quality of healthcare worldwide.

To strengthen its team at the Hürth site, it is looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Marketing Manager (m/f/x) Scientific EMEA.

Aufgaben

You will…
  • develop and provide medical, clinical and scientific information to support internal stakeholders and external customers as your main objective
  • be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, payers, advisory boards, professional associations and similar stakeholders
  • influence policies, funding mechanisms, clinical pathways and workflows through KOL contacts and assist with publications
  • act as an advisor to commercial entities (direct sales teams and distributors) by providing technical training and project support
  • contribute to content creation within the regional marketing team (e.g., promotional materials, content for digital or conventional promotional activities)
  • develop and implement a publication and study strategy for key products in the respective regions and specialties
  • perform tasks in accordance with established business principles
  • maintain a high level of personal ethics and professionalism when interacting with customers, key opinion leaders and employees
  • travel is required a minimum of 30%. Travel includes air travel, rail travel, car travel and overnight stays
Qualifikation
  • At least 5 years of industry experience, ideally including 3+ years of Medical or Scientific Affairs experience.
  • Familiar with diagnostic industry practices and policies, ideally with experience in point-of-care technology.
  • Experience effectively managing KOL networks (including clinical experts, payers, industry bodies, professional associations).
  • PhD (biochemistry, life sciences or similar) or MD.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-starter, flexible and able to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment and in ambiguous situations.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
