Let’s start the conversation.Position Title:Marketing Automation Manager (m/f/d)Position Summary:In this role you will be responsible for the digital buying journeys of our key audiences and working with our sales enablement and e-commerce teams to develop recommended programs to support with an emphasis on utilizing Marketing Automation and CRM to properly develop and integrate pre- and post-nurture activities tied to an end-to-end set of digital channels. Core focus areas include owning a pre- and post-purchase scoring capability, developing a robust nurture practice, setting email standards and best practices, and having a key role in guiding data privacy decisions. This role will focus on optimizing paid and organic digital programs across markets and channels such as email, search, and more. You will work across teams and technologies to help strategize and execute revenue-generating programs that address the needs of our customers.
Your Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Partner with global teams and stakeholders to strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns across markets and buying stages, monitor performance, and optimize investments to generate growth
- Drive day-to-day channel operations while supporting the development of our long-term digital strategy
- Execute detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis
- Manage and execute customer-facing email marketing programs end-to-end across the buyer’s journey including promotional emails, automations, nurture flows, surveys, and more
- Define and gather assets for all digital campaigns, execute A/B testing, programming, scheduling, reporting, and proactively suggest data-driven optimizations
- Develop, deploy, analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting
- Maintain and strategize budget across channels in collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Support the creation and promotion of content that addresses the needs of our customers, enhances their experience, and generates growth for our brand
- Partner with global segments to ensure customer engagement strategy is meeting needs of the local market audiences and provide feedback and recommendations
Additional Details:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing with relevant working experience
- Several years of experience in digital marketing including relevant experience in the B2B market
- Excellent skills in direct email marketing across CMS, CRM, marketing technology, Marketing Automation platforms, and SaaS-based applications (Adobe, Pardot, Marketo, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability in developing digital campaigns
- Strong marketing analytics and reporting including acquiring and organizing data, as well as direct experience working with large data sets and complex analyses
- Hand-on mentality working in a diverse Team, distinguished interpersonal skills, and solid intercultural competencies
- Very good knowledge of Excel and other MS apps (proficient in Microsoft)
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills in English
- Advanced degree (Diploma, Master) in Digital Marketing or Marketing is a plus
- Experience in direct paid digital marketing program management (social media, advertising, search, and SEO)
- Basic Skills in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills in German is a plus
