Marketing Advertising & Promotion Manager (m/f/d) focus on Inflight

Your new job includes

As an employee of our international family business in the "Advertising & Promotion" department, you will create and negotiate annual marketing plans with our distribution customers in the "Inflight" sector with the top manufacturers in the travel retail industry. In particular, you will
  • take over the marketing catalog planning for the inflight area (airline customers) with industry partners in close cooperation with internal interfaces (such as international suppliers and customers, purchasing, sales, category management, internal and external advertising agencies)
  • negotiate, track and account for investments of marketing activities and perform profitability analyses
  • provide individual customer advice/sales support and assist customers with layout planning in magazines analyze customer requirements
  • be responsible for print data acquisition and control
  • be responsible for the implementation of supplier strategies and brand specifications in the market and ensure the quality of the brand presence
  • monitor and analyze the travel retail market with regard to marketing potential and in consideration of the corresponding budgets

What you should bring along

  • A successfully completed business degree with a focus on marketing or commercial training with relevant practical experience
  • Initial professional experience in marketing and ideally in the retail and consumer goods sector
  • A confident handling of MS Office and ideally SAP
  • Business fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Distinct service orientation and strong communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and enjoyment in dealing with national and international business partners
  • A quick grasp, careful, analytical way of working and the ability to think across processes
