About the role


As a Legal Analyst, you will be responsible for performing legal tasks, working on legal projects and providing various support to attorneys. Coordinating work for cases or transactions with the assistance of support departments, secretaries and project assistants are further elements of your job.


Other key responsibilities include:


  • Coordinating ongoing projects and activities in either on-site or off-site locations, utilizing project assistants, support departments and secretaries when necessary.
  • Preparing and drafting specified forms, letters or other legal documents.
  • Anticipating typical work for a case or transaction and works with supervisors to ensure all aspects are addressed.
  • Obtaining documents and certificates from local or federal courts and state agencies.
  • Conducting searches and creating reports in databases or other document repositories.
  • Maintaining the integrity of the case or transactional documents generated throughout the duration of a case or transaction.



About you

  • Are able to accurately interpret and understand legal concepts and procedures as they relate to practice areas.
  • Ideally have knowledge of corporate terminology.
  • Are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.


And have:


  • A minimum Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or preferably Master of Laws (LL.M.) or “Diplom-Jurist (mwd)” with above average grades.
  • Have well-developed and professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the Firm.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal that convey professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
