WeylChem is a corporate platform of the International Chemical Investors Group (ICIG) and provides solutions in the field of fine and specialty chemicals. They manufacture complex, highly refined chemical products with a total of around 1,000 employees at locations in Germany, the Netherlands and USA. Our customers include the leading manufacturers in the agro, polymer, home & personal care and textiles industries.
We are looking as soon as possible for an experienced
Key Account Manager Home Care/Personal Care (m/f/d)
- Provide clear direction to cross functional team(s) regarding account strategy
- Drives execution of key priorities and sales opportunities
- Identifying customer needs, converting them to projects and closure of qualified opportunities
- Drive strategic account development activities with frequent business review meetings
- Provide strategic plan presentations
- Develop specific sales & marketing plans and implement them efficiently
- Develop, generate and negotiate commercial offers
- Development of service concepts for the respective customers
- Coordination of technical sales activities with the business development department
- Establishment of interfaces between the designated Key Account and WeylChem.
- Engage with customers and maintain current business relationships
- Forecasting and reporting
Your profile:
- degree in business administration with professional commercial experience preferably in the chemical industry
- very good understanding of commercial issues, requirements and tasks
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
- written and spoken English skills for our international environment (and German is an advantage)
- familiar with Salesforce the common MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Willingness to travel, flexibility and a structured way of working
- high level of communication skills, resilience and great commitment
