Tasks
  • Contribute to monthly and annual closing procedures
  • Support preparation of monthly management reporting for department heads and variance analysis
  • Contribute to monthly and annual planning processes (forecast, budget)
  • Support preparation and reporting of cash flow statement
  • Assist with business partnering activities for global headquarter functions
  • Independently conduct FTE reporting internally
  • Ensure correct booking of invoices within the headquarter legal entities

Requirements
  • Bachelor in business administration (with a focus on controlling/accounting/finance)
  • First experience in finance and controlling (e.g., internship)
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity to numbers
  • Quick apprehension, self-initiative, and reliable working attitude
  • Proficient with MS office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Flexible team player with the ability to work across functions
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
