About the Role

We are currently seeking a finance professional to join our team. This role could be full-time or part-time depending on what you are looking for, is ideal for someone with a talent for accounting and finance, who is passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to an industry undergoing a significant transformation.


As our Finance Manager at zero44, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial health. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our financial strategies, operations, and maintaining accurate financial records.


  • Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including accounting, finance, and bookkeeping.
  • Utilize and understand various accounting software solutions to streamline financial processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analyses.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
  • Implement financial controls and processes to ensure efficiency and transparency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial management with overall business strategy.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize cost and improve financial performance.
  • Contribute to the company’s commitment to sustainability through effective financial management.


About You

  • You have gained your first professional experience in accounting and finance
  • You have a solid understanding of accounting software solutions and are proficient in utilizing technology to improve financial operations.
  • You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Your approach to finance is innovative, aiming to support sustainable business practices.
  • You have excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across departments and presenting financial information clearly.

  • Fluency in English is essential. German is a plus.
