As we are constantly growing, we are looking for a passionate Junior Online Marketing (Content & Landing Pages) Manager to join our Digital Growth Team. As a Junior Content & Landing Page Manager you will optimise the customer experience by helping to manage our online presence. In this role you will actively contribute to the success of our Global Meal Kit business, focusing on our websites and landing pages.

Requirements

Your Mission is:
  • To execute our LPO roadmap by helping to build, redesign and reoptimise our landing pages across several marketing & business functions
  • To create landing pages to brief, balancing creativity and innovative thinking with practical and performance-based application
  • To analyse user data to understand pain points and offer solutions
  • To conduct A/B testing on pages and analyse results
  • To ensure the correct set up of pages via proofing & QA processes
  • To consult and work with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams as well as external entities, in order to optimise user experience
  • To communicate your results to stakeholders throughout the organisation

What you bring:
  • Experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress
  • Familiarity with marketing best practices, particularly in the online space
  • Good understanding of UX, usability and design
  • Understanding of KPIs and the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
  • The curiosity to ask the right questions and the creativity to come up with new ways of doing
  • Experience with all necessary KPIs: CTR, CVR, bounce rate, time on page, drop off, pages viewed, page interaction, etc.
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Responsive design, HTML and CSS skills are a plus
  • SEO or product management experience is a plus
  • Experience with international localisation is a plus
  • Fluency in English
