HB Studios is a driving force in the creation of sports video games and the studio behind PGA TOUR 2K Golf. We have an opportunity for an IT Support Specialistto join our team who are passionate about the art and process involved in video game development.

As the IT Support Specialist, you will provide customer-centric support across the studio including, but not excluding, all hardware, software, security and network needs to ensure a smooth operation!

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the deployment and administration of systems and tools while providing ongoing front-line support to various groups.
  • Coordinate with IT to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on PC/macOS workstations and infrastructure hardware.
  • Respond to staff in a timely manner to tackle a variety of IT issues - including network connectivity issues (VPN).
  • Assist with receiving, inventorying, and delivering computer equipment and related hardware and peripherals.
  • Maintain all IT documentation including workflow, procedures, user guide and more.
  • Use imaging and deployment tools (SCCM) to ensure workstations and applications are organized in a standardized manner.
  • Follow policies and processes in compliance with IT standards and auditing requirements as defined.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in IT related field.
  • Knowledge of server and PC hardware, software and security essentials.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new and changing technologies.
  • A reliable great teammate with the ability to work independently.
  • An effective communicator in both verbally and written forms.
  • A diligent person with interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
