YOUR MISSION:

Be part of our IT Infrastructure Team and empower the business by providing secure, reliable and sustainable IT services.

“Managed File Transfer (MFT)” is a matter of enterprise need and varies for our internal and external customers and business partners. Data delivery must be quick, easy, non-complex and made in a secure way.

In combination with owning PUMA’s global API management platform, managing public and private APIs for PUMA applications, you offer a full package, enabling our business partners a state-of-the-art and secure solution to connect internal and external applications to PUMA’s business applications.

Take the lead as an IT Service Owner for PUMA’s global solutions, connecting internal and external data exchange following an end to end approach and …

  • … collaborate with different stakeholders and customers to gather, validate and implement file transfer triggers and API integrations based on the business needs;
  • … stay up to date on market trends, evaluate future technologies and drive the vendor selection;
  • … establish a working cooperation with internal and external partners and design processes and interfaces to your customers;
  • … deep dive into the cloud-based infrastructure setup, provide technical expertise, manage and maintain the technical solution and troubleshoot on back level issues;
  • … steer the service and platform operations, monitor, ensure high stability and reliability of the solution.

Furthermore, be part of a highly motivated team responsible for several IT infrastructure related-IT systems and products, and support your peers with your expertise and further skills.

YOUR TALENT:

  • University degree in computer science, related fields or equal practical experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure technologies as IT Systems Administrator / Engineer or IT Product Owner or Application or Software Developer is essential
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and concepts. Previous experience in Microsoft Azure cloud is a plus
  • Knowledge in standard IT infrastructure products like Active Directory or other Microsoft infrastructure products is beneficial
  • Acting with spirit and drive, a high sense of customer orientation and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all roles is key
  • Fluent spoken and written in English, fluency in another language is a plus
