IT Coordinator (m/f/d) Sales and Marketing

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will take over the comprehensive consulting and support of decantral and central employees in Sales & Marketing in the administration and support of specific IT applications
At the same time, you act as contact person / administrator for the applications in Salesforce central, Salesforce Mobile App and Filemaker as well as further future applications and systems for Vaillant Germany
In addition, you will be the first point of contact for the sales consultants in case of hardware and software problems
The administration, master data maintenance, error analysis and conceptual, process-oriented further development (participation) of the standard applications are also part of your job
You are responsible for the creation of evaluations (using SQL database queries, Access / Excel detailed knowledge)
You will support and participate in IT-related projects to implement the needs of users and customers and closely coordinate with the requirements of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

You have successfully completed vocational training in the commercial field with an IT background you have the necessary tools of the trade
You have several years of professional experience in the field of IT, marketing and sales
Your comprehensive Salesforce experience, MS Office knowledge (esp. MS Excel and MS Teams & Sharepoint) and your IT affinity are what make you stand out
You are fluent in German and English at a business level
Team spirit, organizational talent and a quick perception round off your profile
