PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG has a vacancy for an IT Controller (m/f/d)to be filled at the headquarters in Mannheim/remote.

Your Tasks

  • Execute IT Controlling related tasks and activities in the international environment of PHOENIX group
  • Ensure accurate invoice postings and review and understand costs
  • Provide monthly reporting and analysis of cost variances by IT functions and cost objects including comments
  • Support IT counterparts in relation to cost transparency, financial processes and all content related financial topics
  • Close collaboration with the respective IT Management in your role as Finance Partner
  • Close interaction with Service Charging team and the Project team within IT Controlling as well as Group Accounting and other head office functions
  • Be part of the annual budget process and the forecast process in relation to the respective IT area within the Holding
  • Continuous improvement of the regular reporting, the cost transparency and the related processes

Your Profile

  • 1-3 years relevant professional experience or qualified young graduate with first professional experience in the area of IT Controlling and IT cost management
  • Understanding of content and structures of IT organizations (Networks, Data Centers, Apps, etc.) would be of benefit
  • Experience in SAP ERP FI/CO and MS-Office applications (especially Excel)
  • High IT affinity as well as distinctive analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English in written and spoken, good German skills desirable
  • Team player with service-oriented mindset, self-directed, conscientious and well-structured approach, strong communication skills, openness to change and engagement and readiness to take on new responsibilities
