We are currently looking for support from: ISTQB Trainer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Design and delivery of ISTQB Foundation and Advanced Level training courses, both face-to-face and online.
  • Prepare engaging and comprehensive training materials, including presentations, courseware and practice tests.
  • Updating with the latest ISTQB syllabus and trends in software testing to ensure training content is current and relevant.
  • Working with the curriculum development team to continuously improve training programs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and customize courses to meet specific organizational or individual requirements.
  • Leading discussions and workshops on software testing best practices, methodologies and tools.
  • Support and guide students in preparing for ISTQB certification exams. Your profile
  • ISTQB Certified Tester at Foundation Level is mandatory; certifications at Advanced Level or higher are highly desirable.
  • At least 5 years practical experience in software testing and software engineering.
  • Proven experience as an ISTQB trainer or similar role, with a track record of success in training delivery.
  • Sound understanding of software development cycles, test methodologies and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs and materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred. This position can be remote or in our office depending on the candidate’s location and company requirements, quarterly travel to the German office is required.
