Process inquiries about SEPA transfers internationally
Process inquiries about SEPA direct debits internationally
Process request for transfers internationally
Procurement of receipts and documentation internationally
Process inquiry about check payments internationally
Processing embargo international
Processing SEPA embargo
Process request for interbank payment
Processing Swift requests from euro payments SEPA and international
Processing of PayFX
Processing of EU regulation
Complaints and claims handling
Review and approval of bookings
Releases from Swifts

Signs of your success:
They meet the day-to-day requirements to the satisfaction of the client HVB and the required quality standards are also observed
In order to achieve common goals, you work flexibly and support the team or other teams in overarching activities
You can imagine working on a public holiday or providing support for longer on busy days so that the day’s work can be completed.
Skills we can’t do without:

Commercial training or many years of professional experience in the banking sector ZV or NF
English spoken and written
Basic knowledge of MS Office
