heycar is changing the way customers find and buy their next car. We do this by explicitly focusing on vehicle, dealer, and service quality. We are heavily user-centric and invest in applying cutting-edge technologies to become a leader in our space.
In the heycar group we set the strategic direction for all of heycar and take care of our market organizations in the UK, Spain and Germany. In addition, we also work on the roll-out of heycar into new markets as well as on expanding our investor & partner landscape.

Who we are looking for.

  • You are currently enrolled or just graduated from a top university
  • You have previous work experience from a start-up, consulting firm, investment bank, or in the field of finance (M&A experience a big plus)
  • You have an analytical mindset, which helps you think strategically
  • You have a keen interest in digitization and M&A processes
  • You are very structured, and you can work independently
  • You are a team-oriented person and very ambitious
  • You are professional in PowerPoint, and you have experience with Excel
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), German is a plus

What you will do.

  • You will research, identify, and evaluate potential M&A targets, investors, and strategic partnerships, locally as well as internationally
  • You will conduct industry landscape evaluations and create presentations for the M&A and strategy team
  • You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of company materials
  • You will participate in strategic meetings and contribute with creative ideas for partnerships and M&A
  • You will support M&A and Joint Venture processes
