What We Offer

Within the Human Resources department at Covestro we put people (m/f/d) at the heart of everything we do! When joining us, you will be part of the "Process Excellence" team. This team is constantly striving for the best possible processes and solutions to support our business on their path for growth.

During the time of the internship you will have the opportunity to dive into various processes and systems that support the Human Resources functions. You will work with a high-performance team (m/f/d) whose main goal is to constantly strive for increasing the efficiency of our processes.
  • You will support the process of building a knowledge platform for Human Resource authorizations (incl. signature authorizations)
  • You will help to find self-service solutions for employees (m/f/d) to request, control or remove authorizations
  • With the help of your colleagues (m/f/d) you will contribute to the investigation of which tools should be used to help guiding employees (m/f/d) to the right information
  • The cooperation with process owners (m/f/d) in order to design required processes or process adjustments is part of your tasks

What You Offer
  • You are studying Business Administration, Economics or Business Informatics with a Human Resource focus or a comparable subject
  • You have a high interest in systems and underlying processes within the Human Resources environment
  • Very good MS office and Sharepoint skills are required
  • You have a great motivation to drive changes and improve processes
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile

The preferred duration of the internship is 6 month.
