This is your mission

__Marketing can encompass many tasks; but specifically, with us you will:
  • Help to plan, support and manage our (career) channels on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Slack, etc.
  • Get insights into performance marketing and support in the planning of customer-related campaigns, especially with the LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Support in the development and implementation of a proper marketing strategies
  • Take on the monitoring of the social media channels and the creation of reports
  • Independently create inspiring and appropriate social media content; this includes editing images and videos as well as stories or other formats
  • Assist in community management and other related areas of the business
  • Be creative for all it’s worth!

This is your profile
  • You are trustworthy and loyal and have a certain organizational talent
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English and German
  • You also have a strong hands-on mentality and like to work independently, carefully and with commitment
  • You feel a strong affinity for topics in the areas of social media, content creation and copywriting
  • You have a flair for digital trends as well as an eye for aesthetics and image design
  • You have a desire for design and creativity
  • You have knowledge of image editing and content creation programs such as Adobe or Canvas
  • You have at least 3 months to support our team.
  • We look forward to receiving applications from talent within commuting distance. For us as a company, it is important that you can spend 2-3 days working with us on-site in the office, as we value the exchange and want to grow together.
