In our Operations Department, we ensure smooth processes by combining operational thinking with strategic skill.

As part of our international team of Analysts and Inventory Managers, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks like analysing, proposing and implementing data-driven initiatives and operational processes for all our European markets. Are you motivated and interested in getting actively involved in different business processes and in collaborating with our Top Management? Then you are the right one for our team.

We are offering an exclusive internship for 6 months.

Your new role

  • Be responsible for the preparation and development of quantitative analysis to drive business decisions impacting operational processes across our European markets
  • Critically review and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work closely with tech and business stakeholders to design, implement and monitor new processes
  • Set up visual graphics for presenting and reporting your results to the top management within AUTO1 Group
  • Support the growth of new projects and processes through performing day-to-day analytical and project oriented tasks
Your skills

  • You are a student or recent graduate with a strong academic background in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or in another relevant field
  • First experience in a high-growth and data-driven start-up
  • Good analytical skills, knowledge of Excel and SQL are required, skills in R and/or Python would be a plus
  • Very good organizational and communication skills as well as a curious & problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
