By your enthusiastic effort you will make sure that our clients will get those products that fit their needs and you will guide them through our organization and processes to receive the best support on their way to reach their goals. It’s your performance and behaviour which will define how our customer perceive the brand of Thermo Fisher Scientific.Discover Impactful Work:- Working as an inside sales account manager is a very diverse job. You have a wide portfolio of task to fill your business day properly and you can play various roles throughout that position. See here the most important roles you need to cover and the related tasks we expect you to fulfil successfully:
- Contact customers proactively to educate them on our products and services and create potential business leads in your market territory
- Set targets and roll out sales action plans to project and measure your business progress and provide regular reports to the management.
- Engage partners from our organization such as technical experts, financial support functions and many others to allow you growing your business continuously. And build your own network throughout your market environment to understand customer needs as well as competitor activities.
- Be involved in pricing decisions and you will lead negotiations with customers to close business profitable and with a strategic importance.
- Take ownership and responsibility for the results you achieve and the actions you are taking. And be proactive in your business acumen which needs to be supported by a reliable communication manner whether you reach out to colleagues, business partners or customers at each level from professional beginners, to department heads or up to top managers.
- Graduated in a Life Science related education either very good on Bachelor level or already passed your Master or PhD
- Experience
- Initial business experience in sales or any other customer-facing role could be an advantage
- Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously, you meet deadlines and you can prove to be reliable in your communication and in your actions
- Strong sales, communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent administration and organization skills and the ability to prioritize and time handle various tasks
- Setting own ambitious goals and take action
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Exhibits a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a constantly evolving business environment
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in German and English
