• Administration and technical assurance of the functionality of the infrastructure of the entire administration at all locations.
• Development and implementation of measures for problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Testing of new components with regard to functionality and performance
• Developing technical concepts for the protection of data and their implementation.
• Establish and ensure interoperability of network systems with each other and authentication systems.
• Assist IT colleagues in identifying issues related to network components (switches, routers, firewall) - second level support.
• Collaboration in the area of Citrix, VMWare, Storage, AD, PKI, SAN.
• Installation and configuration of the active network components of the local area network (LAN), switches, routers, hubs and gateways.
• Technical support of tender procedures
• Cooperation in the strategic use of new network components
• Ensuring data security
• Creation and continuation of network documentation

Requirement Profile completed undergraduate studies in the field of computer science (administrative informatics, computer science or comparable)orcompleted vocational training in the field of information and communication technology (e.g. IT specialist application development or system integration, IT system electronics technician or comparable) several years of professional experience in the network area knowledge in the field of LAN, WAN, radio relay, firewall, storage, virtualization desirable: qualifications in the network area e.g..: CCNA conceptual and analytical skills structured way of working readiness for action driving license class BThis is an unlimited full-time position. The pay group is based on the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD/VKA-Tarifbereich Ost). The position is evaluated with the pay group E 10 TVöD.
