As an HR Specialist (m/f/d) you will be a sparring partner for our Directors and employees (Kaisers) for all topics concerning HR. You will be helping Kaisers with any administrative concerns as well as be working on strategic initiatives in the company. Your focus will be organisational development and compensation and goals setting models.

As part of the people team, you will be working in a team to find the best solution for KXL and Kaisers.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
Supporting Directors in the development of team members
Supporting Kaisers in any HR-related topics
Defining and optimising HR processes
Digitalisation of any standard process to create time for more personal service to the company
Connecting processes and communication between Kaiser X Labs and Allianz
Supporting in the definition of KXL culture and living the KXL culture to the fullest

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Good communication skills
Organised way of working and good time management
Fast learner to understand different services and needs of the company
Deep knowledge of the German employment law
Strong willingness to learn
3+ years of work experience in an HR department
Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
