Our clientis a globally active Japanese manufacturer of food products. For its subsidiary in Düsseldorf, the company is now actively looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Supporting executives and employees from all European subsidiaries
  • Preparing employee and salary lists as well as reports for the finance department
  • Recruiting new personnel
  • On- and off-boarding of employees
  • Conflict management
  • Creating annual performance evaluations
  • Regular correspondence with the Japanese head office
  • Holding trainings and seminars for employees on various topics

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Several years of professional experience in HR
  • Prior experience in handling European subsidiaries
  • Solid knowledge of German social security, tax and labour law as well as experience in European laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ERP systems
  • Business fluency in written and spoken English and German
