What We Offer

As HR Digital Solutions Expert (m/f/d) you will work in a global expert function in the area of HR Technology & Digitalization. In your new role you will design digital HR solutions for the entire world, implement them and drive the automation of individual processes. With the following tasks you will set the course for digitalization and automation in HR:
  • You will lead and support global projects to develop and implement innovative as well as effective HR processes. The focus here is on automation and you will look at the development and implementation of control and decision-relevant data models as well as digital customer interactions
  • You will support the definition, implementation and visualization of global HR KPIs for the further development of our HR reporting and analytics
  • Using your expertise, you will perform data analysis that influences decisions for HR product and process design
  • To continuously improve HR processes, you will leverage technical innovations in our applications and develop local robotics and custom applications

What You Offer
  • For this position you have a technical/college degree in computer science, economics, statistics, applied mathematics or a comparable qualification
  • You love automation/digitization and have several years of professional experience in creating (HR) system concepts, practices and procedures as well as in implementation processes
  • Your good knowledge of Excel, R/Python, SQL, SAP and Workday makes it easy for you to develop solutions and create reports
  • In your daily work, you demonstrate your excellent analytical skills day after day
  • You are an experienced project manager (m/f/d) who appreciates cultural differences, is proficient in time management and communicates in a goal-oriented manner
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile
