Our venture team Forecasty.AI envision to democratize AI-based forecasting in B2B industry by enabling firms to take faster and smarter business decisions with the state-of-the-art AI. In order to achieve this vision, Forecasty.AI team has developed two differentiated products. First product, Business Desk aims at improving the business decisions across marketing, finance and procurement via a self-service AI based forecasting product. Second product, Commodity Desk improves business decisions of purchasing managers of – commodities (e.g., metals, mining, chemicals) with ready to use price forecasts along with market insights.

We are looking for a motivated and highly self-driven product development and technology enthusiast who can lead the team and can manage Product development life cycle - including infrastructure Setup, best security practice, API Design, CI/CD process. Your role

• You lead the Forecasty.AI product development & IT team to build state-of-the-art digital product with advanced AI/ML models to make forecasting easy, accurate & accessible for business users & analysts
• You understand IT requirement & design scalable cloud solution to fulfill the product requirements
• You develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• You define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
• You communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
• You oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
• You ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility
• You design and build scalable infrastructure which will host end user application and AI ML models as well as API, Database, AI workflow orchestration platform to accommodate multiple users.

Your offer

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any other related technical disciplines
• You already have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of AI/ML integration, API development, Database design, DevOps or other related areas
• You have acquired deep knowledge in modern scalable & production-ready microservices
• You are well versed with cloud architecture best practices preferably MS-Azure
• You have a very good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• You have strong knowledge in Kubernetes Cluster setup and management
• You have a good understanding of client-side application frameworks and their communication process with backend APIs
• You have a good understanding of software quality assurance principles & security
• Your English communication skills are excellent, and you present your results capably and vividly to the end user
• You have a true startup mindset who is creative, customer-centric, hands-on, data-driven and collaborative team player thriving in a flat start-up environment
• You have a technical mindset with great attention to detail
• You describe yourself as a generalist who is willing to take up tasks outside your comfort zone

Bonus:

• You have strong security knowledge of Networks, Load Balancing, Firewall Rules & Certificates to work in coordination with IT Network Engineering
• You have experience in building and scaling up cloud infrastructure in a B2B SaaS environment
