For this journey, we’re searching for a Head of CRM & Lifecycle Marketing to create an amazing user experience and help families discover, use, and love the different Bling products (like pocket money, phone plans, budgeting, investing and saving, family organization, and planning).

What you’ll be doing:

In a nutshell: Get more families to use and love more Bling services.

  • Manage the CRM team, responsible for the entire family lifecycle
  • Improve our analytics suite to track conversion, activation, retention, cross-adoption, referral, and churn rates across all products
  • Create a better understanding of our families by building and maintaining cohorts
  • Ensure that communication with families across all user journeys is cohesive, delightful, helpful, and effective
  • Test and improve emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and other channels to increase product usage among families
  • Enhance the traction of Bling by boosting network effects and stickiness
  • Analyze our offerings and identify revenue opportunities, e.g., through bundling
  • Work closely with the product, performance, and creative teams to improve the user experience and revenue across the entire customer journey

What we’re looking for:

  • Growth and product experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth, VC-funded consumer company
  • Deep understanding of data analysis, cohorts, consumer apps, and CRM
  • Team leadership experience
  • Passion for our product and mission
  • A creative, hands-on person with the ability to engage with anyone and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Residence in Berlin
