As a Senior Technology Leader reporting to the Group CTO in the holding company, you will play a key role in driving Selecta’s technology transformation of digital platforms, digital service offerings, and digital consumer solutions. You will also be responsible for shaping and driving Cloud Security Services (MS Azure) to keep up with modern cloud infrastructure and security services. This role requires expertise in modern digital platforms, commerce solutions, consumer and loyalty apps, and cloud services. • Define, build and steer the Group IT Digital platform ecosystem on Group Level (B2B, B2C)
• Define modern digital platform service offering towards our ambition as “FoodTech” leader, offering consumer apps as well as providing B2B solutions (B2B webshop, Client Portal, etc.)
• Defining Selecta’s “Digital Go-To Marketing offering” on how to offer best-in-class digital services towards our clients (e.g. Digital quotes)
• Drive innovation for vending, Food Tech and core business operations, leveraging leading IT technology
• Run a digital services on a streamlined and Group-Centered operating model, covering all business-critical services (back-end, front-end, scalable UI, etc.)
• Define the Digital ecosystem architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements, leveraging standardized offerings to the most possible extend
• Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT digital services by monitoring systems performance
• Drive IT Security Roadmap, specifically in the area of Cloud Based solutions, leveraging MS Azure ecosystem
• Ensuring compliance and IT security principles for on-premises and cloud solution services
  
  

What You Bring To The Job

• Several years of relevant industry experience working in development and integration of Digital Platforms, Digital Market-offerings, Digital Solutions Providers
• Several years’ management experience in leading and managing a full-stack Digital Platform, leveraging global services delivery
• BSc (Engineering, Computer Science or related) required, MSc or above preferred in Programming, Computer Science, Engineering or related Food Tech field
• Leading IT Cloud Security skills (MS Azure based) to accelerate IT security implementation and Global Policy standardization
• Expert-level experience in Vending, Food-Tech or equivalent industry with proven track record on cost reduction and service optimization in IT
• Relevant experience in leading global or multi-country IT organizations
• Significant experience in working with global delivery teams
• Proven ability to establish relationships with senior stakeholders and Selecta Board Members
• Proven experience in overachieving budget and cost management
• Advanced cloud development and agile project management methods and practices
• Excellent English communication and executive level presentation skills
• Leading as a role-model: Strong sense of individual drive (self-starter), responsibility and motivation (“can do” attitude)
• Fill-the-gap: Able to manage multiple projects at the same time and competing priorities
• Dynamic working style and the ability to think innovatively to solve problems
