The opportunity
The Global Talent Attraction (GTA) team will deliver a globally integrated, agile, and insights-driven approach to talent discovery and sourcing. We aim to bring EY’s culture, values, and opportunities to life in the talent market and create pathways to the exceptional EY experience.
The GTA team will collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition teams to identify and engage talent for experienced level careers. The field senior consultant will act as a key collaboration point with Regional Recruitment teams in EMEIA, supported by a central team of TA specialists, you will lead the development of innovative talent attraction and sourcing strategies for your portfolio. This role is a champion for candidate and user-centricity and will drive excellence in the GTA delivery teams, helping to build a world-class talent attraction and sourcing capability.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will work in partnership with regional recruitment leadership and regional TA2 teams to address in plan recruitment and future strategic growth priorities. This TA role acts as a POC for regional recruitment (talent acquisition) team members and leadership. You will also work closely with the business, collaborating to drive consistency in workforce planning activities and acting as a key interface point for these stakeholders to the GTA team. You will lead regular updates on results metrics including monthly and quarterly reviews for your portfolio.
- Working with the regional teams, you will collaborate on the talent attraction and sourcing strategy, leveraging all channels and employment brand initiatives to achieve this goal. Your primary focus is to ensure the team meets hiring demand and delivery outcomes, proactively engaging with the market to meet EY’s ambitious growth plans. Whilst primarily focussed on service delivery leadership, you will also have ‘hands-on’ sourcing accountability for complex or high priority roles as needed. In addition, your remit will also include providing talent attraction analytics and insights for roles in scope for GTA.

- The ability to foster teaming and build relationships will ensure your success. You will work with other Field Senior Consultants to deliver a cohesive and uniform approach across the EMEIA region, implementing D&I initiatives, attending industry events, building EY as an employer of choice for EMEIA.
- You will have experience in delivering a talent pipeline approach and with engaging talent from all sources for future needs (Alumni, Referrals, past applicants, and via social media channels, events, etc). Most critical is an ability to foster a positive culture of learning for the center-based and field team members. You will need to encourage best practice sharing across the field teams and identify opportunities to drive process improvement, productivity, and teaming initiatives with regional talent acquisition.
- Experience in an in-house recruiting team delivering on complex, multi hire projects, covering multiple geographies – executive to experience hires.
- Exposure to delivering projects for large, cross-functional audiences
- Managed complex client and stakeholder relationships, ideally within a large matrix structure with a proven
- Ability to manage complexity and navigate change
- Expertise in a range of sourcing methodologies, both advertising and search led
- Full professional fluency in both English and German
- High level of business acumen and professional gravitas
- Demonstrated creativity and a personal drive to innovate
- A high level of capability and versatility in communication, both written and verbal, to allow rapport building across a range of demographics
- An ability to rapidly assimilate information and develop robust knowledge in a range of markets and technical functions to enable effective sourcing and assessment of required skills and capabilities
