About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a savvy Associate to Intermediate Game Content Producer for our genre-leading Hidden Object Game, June’s Journey. If you are a passionate producer ready to shape a billion-dollar franchise in an agile environment that values excellence, diversity, and innovation, then you’ve stumbled upon the right quest! We’re all about big dreams, bold moves, and team players who aren’t afraid to dive into the fray of large-scale collaboration and stakeholder wrangling.

  • Ensure the operational success of June’s Journey’s content teams guided by your Lead Content Producer.
  • Cultivate team engagement, well-being, and stability.
  • Manage the production pipelines for various content types (such as isometric decorations, characters, hidden object scenes, and dialogues).
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between artists, designers, engineers, writers, and testers involved in these pipelines.
  • Oversee the delivery of milestones within specified timeframes.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure high-quality content across the game.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to delivery milestones.
  • Track project progress and report to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in content creation processes.
  • Address bottlenecks and enhance overall delivery efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., outsourcing) to achieve studio goals.
  • Ensure timely, quality content releases and maintain effective communication.

About You

  • Strong organizational abilities to manage pipelines and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Monday).
  • Passionate driver of team health, promoting open communication, empathy, and mutual respect.
  • Excellent teamwork skills to coordinate with artists, designers, writers and developers.
  • Effective communication to convey ideas and feedback.
  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
  • Creative problem-solving to address production bottlenecks.
  • Keen eye for spotting errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
  • Thoroughness in reviewing game content.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in game development disciplines such as Art, Writing, QA, Game Design, etc.
  • Ability to evaluate art assets (characters, items, scenes) for quality and consistency. Understanding of visual storytelling and game aesthetics.
  • Passionate Gamer.
  • A love for mobile games and an understanding of F2P mechanics.
