Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conceptual design and development of modern web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Continuous optimization of existing web interfaces with regard to usability, user experience and performance
  • Regular alignment and close cooperation with UI, UX and Back-end designers
  • Assessment and selection of new technologies for front end development
  • Implement tests to guarantee highest possible quality, ensuring security best-practices are also applied
  • Support the requirement engineering process
  • Collaborate within an agile driven team to meet customers’ changing business & application needs

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Front-end Development and UI/UX design in a work/project related environment
  • Very good knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript
  • Experience with Modern Web framework (ideally React, Node.js)
  • Extensive experience in REST APIs
  • Know-how in software testing
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration/Delivery concepts and frameworks (ideally Jenkins)
  • Very good English language skills and an open, communicative personality
