Duties
- Verifies customer eligibility, reviews and verifies applications for completeness and accuracy of information.
- Receives payment and provides change for service fees. Accurately maintains change funds. Maintains all automation requirements associated with special events. Updates customer files with new information.
- Verifies all customer data transactions for accuracy. Provides guidance to questions regarding changes/updates of assigned programs.
- Maintains office-filing system, assists with funds control, data entry and credit card processing at various events. Reviews validity of application and maximum distribution of forms.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A probation period of one year may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
