Financial Analyst - Real Estate (m/f/d)

• Build up and lead a team of financial analysts and be responsible for the timely execution of real-estate analysis
• Research local real-estate markets to gain a deep understanding of the attractivity of potential targets
• Drive the analysis of real estate investment opportunities from end to end, including underwriting, due diligence, and creation of investment memos
• Work closely with our business intelligence team to understand the competitive landscape of local markets
• Analyse potential real-estate deals financially and create convincing deal proposals
• Discuss your findings to convince our management team to close or not close an opportunity
• Support lease negotiation, deal structuring, and real estate partnership efforts
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of internal and external risk factors and the regulatory environment in which we operate

• You obtained a Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• You have acquired tangible knowledge in financial modeling during full-time or internship positions in investment banking, consulting or other adjacent fields such as transaction advisory or audit
• You are interested in learning more about the real-estate / hospitality industry
• Ideally you have worked with databases before or you are comfortable to enhance your tech-skills in this regard
