Your role

As Intern in Finance and Operations at Workpath you will be part of a driven team, committed to facilitate and enable our internal teams with up-to-date data and information deriving the right decisions. You will be responsible to maintain, improve and create processes from scratch. In this position you gain unique insights into the scaling of a startup and how financial as well as other data helps to drive this scaling phase.

In this role you will

  • Setup, create and improve weekly reporting for our teams to derive the right decisions
  • Setup and improve key processes, making the company ready to scale seamlessly
  • Gather relevant data by supporting in administrative and financial processes, e.g. accounting and payroll
Your profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program from a top tier university or equivalent
  • Demonstrate a metric-driven work style (proficiency in Excel necessary, JavaScript would be a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German, English)
  • Feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and be diligent in the details
  • Able to take initiative, prioritize and manage time effectively
