What you’ll do & Who you are
For our team in Berlin we are searching for an Engineering Manager (m/f/d) within our Dealer Business with a focus on Demand & Reach.

Responsibilities
- Leadership - Encourage and empower the team. Set the direction by aligning team goals to the company vision and strategy. Build a healthy environment of trust and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- People Management - Develop talent by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and challenge. Make sure your team has the right abilities to accomplish its goals.
- Collaboration - Work within your team closely with the product manager and technical lead as well as peers within the business unit
- Strategy - Work in a cross-functional environment to craft our culture and the future of the dealer business
- Development - Help to improve processes and ways of working beyond your team to make Product & Technology an even greater place to work
Who you are
- At least 1-2 years of experience with leading a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists, embracing the concept of Servant Leader
- An engineering background within Agile Software Development
- Passion for data driven decision making, product discovery and continuous delivery
- Excellent English communication skills - German is a plus
- Experience with JVM-based technologies such as Java, Kotlin would be great
- Experience with Data Products is a plus
