Are you up for a great challenge? Do you want to lead the internal communication agenda in Danish Crown? Do you have the skills to drive and manage different communication channels in one of the largest companies in Denmark together with a team of three? Then you might be our next Director for Internal Communication., In Danish Crown, we are challenging ourselves and our ambition is to become the climate neutral by 2030. We have recently announced our new ambitious external strategy FEEDING THE FUTURE and now we are looking for a new Director who can bring this to life internally and promote strategies alongside driving a cultural change through our internal communication channels.

You will be part of Group Communication, which is split in several teams, where you will be team lead for the content team of three journalists, who write stories and make videos for our colleagues and farmers. Further you will have a seat at the table at the Group Communication leadership team.

You add the spice to our internal communication strategy

As our new Director for Internal Communication you will have the main responsibility to develop and execute our internal communications strategy. Therefore, you will align internal and executive messaging with the company’s vision, mission, and product positioning.

We are looking for someone who is just as dedicated as we are about a sustainable future for food and who can lead our internal communication and producing leadership and employee communications with a huge impact.

Not only will you develop but also author a variety of internal and executive communication including presentations, announcements, blogs to be delivered across a variety of communications channels to a broad group of employees in both our offices and at our production sites.

Next to your day to day tasks you will act as team lead for three journalists in our content team and use your people skills towards being an advisor on internal communication for the leadership teams in Danish Crown Commercial, Operations and Categories.

Moreover, your tasks will include

• Manage Danish Crown’s internal communications channels: Maintain the editorial calendar (blogs, newsletters etc.), research and develop quotes from people, write stories, shoot videos, and contribute to the Intranet
• Support leadership and company meetings, where you will help craft the messaging
• Supports the cultural change agenda
• Lead a transformation of the internal communication in Danish Crown towards a more international approach
  

A success criterion for this role will be your strong ability to establish value-creating collaborations and be the "go to person" for all communication matters, but also towards all business units in the Danish Crown Group, as we are - one crown, one team. The key to success in the role is your relationship skills which you move safely in a complex stakeholder landscape to achieve direct business influence.

You are action-oriented, persistent, and analytical with strong interpersonal skills which enables you to drive and implement change and transform our strategy and vision into practical execution. Equally important you are an exceptional networker, communicator and ambassador who motivates, inspires your team, departments, and Danish Crown. Also, you communicate effortlessly in English.
