Our Planning, Budgeting & Sourcing Department in Munich is looking immediately for a highly motivated

Digital/Enterprise Architecture Lead (f/m) (100%)

The Digital/Enterprise Architecture Lead is responsible for the overall standards and direction of architecture across business and IT to support Triumph’s business and IT strategy. This involves consulting with technology areas to design technical structures based on existing standards and processes that meet the strategic needs of the business and integrate with other business and IT processes.

Furthermore, the role requires a hands-on approach via guidance and giving clear direction to the Application Development and Business Relationship Management team with regards to technical solution architecture to best fulfil business and IT requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall standards and direction of architecture across the domains
  • Provides key input for the creation and maintenance of overall IT Strategy
  • Develop overarching future state enterprise architecture blueprint (business, application, infrastructure, information, process, tools, security) based on input of Solution Design & Build and create overarching roadmap
  • Supports the identification, elaboration, and preparation of ideas towards prototyping and later implementation based on comprehensive analysis, data capturing, maturity assessment and business case evaluation
  • Conceives and develops new technologies, practices, systems, and products to extend the service portfolio of today’s IT proficiencies
  • Guides colleagues with a pragmatic and hands-on approach to solve problems with technology, e.g., prototyping open-source tools for test automation, system monitoring or dashboards
  • Cover the range from strategical architecture development to hands-on scripting

Your ideal profile:

  • 6+ years of experience in architecture development and project management
  • Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Clear understanding of enterprise architecture standards/policies
  • Proven (international) enterprise architecture skills (e.g. TOGAF)*
  • Understanding of the business domain ideally through exposure in retail & wholesale especially in the fashion industry
  • Track record of driving technical architecture and processes at scale
  • Several years of industry or consulting experience in the IT environment
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (at least level B2) as our corporate language, German is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Distinct customer-oriented behavior (ability to communicate and to work in a team)
  • Excellent communication skills, in particular expert/laity communication
  • Ability to effectively present to superiors and peers
  • Strong business sense, eager to learn, enthusiastic, self-motivated and results oriented
  • Highly motivated, positive “can-do” attitude, self-directed and assertive
  • Quick, analytical thinker
