Digital Demand Manager B2C Region Europe (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as

  • Define requirements for digital touchpoints and manage digital demands in alignment with Global Digital Solutions
  • Implement and steer digital community of practice to collaborate and exchange with digital stakeholders within BSH on a regular basis
  • Ensure operational excellence for digital touch points by consulting regional and local stakeholders
  • Define and align pilots and roll-outs for digital tools and services
  • Explore on and implement innovative digital topics (e.g. Augmented- orVirtual Reality) to meet consumer and business requirements

Your profile

  • University degree in business administration/economics with focus in marketing or similar
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business language
  • Motivated to change Region Europe towards consumer centricity
  • Marketing Expert and Experienced Project Leader with strong knowledge in agile processes and consumer data analytics
  • Team player with persuasive power and strong communication skills; Fluency in English (Fluency in any other European Language is a plus)
