  • Supporting the global Regional Data Privacy Officer for Europe as part of the Global Data Privacy Organization
  • Handle and respond on data privacy request e.g. apply Data Privacy Notice for newsletter-tool
  • Identify and manage risks related to data privacy, advise business in being data privacy compliant
  • Consult internal project for compliance with EU General Data Protection Regulation and - if needed - German Federal Data Protection Act
  • Provide guidance to the departments of the company on, among others, the documentation in our ROPA, creating broader awareness, and negotiating with external partners and customers
  • Applying Data Privacy Management System by using pre-defined templates (e.g. Data Processing Agreements)
  • Data Privacy Knowledge (EU GDPR)
  • Fluent in English
  • ServiceNow (nice to have)
