Your daily tasks will include

️ analyzing and documenting current business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements to support organizational transformation

️ collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to support business decisions

️ preparing detailed reports, business cases, and presentations

️ conducting thorough analysis of business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

️ reporting directly to our Chief of Staff

️ focusing on connecting/bridging the sales side (order entry) with our operations (revenue) – building up the whole logic incl. data cubes

️ creating interfaces between the various data sources (e.g. CRM, PSA, HCM,..)

️ ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security in all analyses and reports

️ staying updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices

The following will make you succeed in this role

️ degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

️ proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI and others)

️ experience in Snowflake / Databricks / Fabric or others

️ proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus

️ ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

️ excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in an understandable manner

️ fluency in German and English as well as ability to work with people from different national and international locations
