Carbmee guides enterprises through their decarbonization journey. Using a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, we enable operational teams with a workflow-based experience so that they can make decisions based on specific data. We measure our success in the greenhouse gas emission reduction of our customers.We’re seeking a proven, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven Customer Success Manager in Berlin. Customer Success is an integral part of our company culture. Your mission will be to act as the executive sponsor for customers, working cross-functionally to ensure we’re doing absolutely everything we can to drive value and satisfaction with our customers.
You will build and develop great relationships with client-side C-level and senior managers, deeply understanding their priorities and problems. In doing so you’ll help maximise revenue opportunities for Carbmee, whilst ensuring our customers have the very best experience, for which you’ll have targets and commissions.

Tasks
- Lead the post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of your customers partnered closely with Account Executives
- Support expansion of your accounts – identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, ensure customers are successful
- Build and foster relationships with senior executives in business, product, engineering, finance and IT in partnership with the Account Executive and team
- Share customer success stories and customer success systems and processes
- Articulate and drive customer use cases, customer value and expansion while maintaining trusted customer advisor status
- Serve as a trusted decarbonization advisor to the customer and educate them on the use and benefits of our products and our industry
- Aligned with the account team perform quarterly business reviews to align on business priorities, optimization opportunities, Carbmee’s product roadmap, review services satisfaction, share usage patterns or insights, surface issues, provide guidance on how to optimize the value from Carbmee, and identify product expansion opportunities
- Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders. Share customer feedback and insights to Product Management, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales on that innovation and improvement needed to optimize the Carbmee user experience
- Drive overall account health including carbon emissions reduction performance, cost optimization, product adoption, usage velocity, account renewals and growth, referrals, and customer satisfaction
- Experience driving value, expansion and renewals at an enterprise SaaS or similar company.
- You know how to work with corporates and how industry works.
- You have experience in the conception and execution of workshops and trainings.
- Creativity around problem solving and implementing solutions
- Exceptional customer communication, negotiation, and outstanding presentation skills
- Exceptional project management skills
- Works well across distributed and cross-functional teams; strong ability to lead and influence others
- You speak native / fluent German and as well as a good command of English.
