As Customer Service Agent(f/m/x), in our company you are responsible for the communication with our clients from the French and Benelux markets via E-Mail or social media and help them solve problems they have with our product.


Your Responsibilities


  • You help our clients that contact you via E-Mail or our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram etc.)
  • You develop strategies to improve our customer relationships
  • You analyze and report you customer relation processes
  • You help us develop our customer communications strategy

Your Profile


  • You are fluent in French (written and spoken)
  • You are very good in English (written and spoken)
  • Idealy you speak another language (german or italian)
  • You are reliable and have a service oriented mindset
  • Du like solving problems and enjoy helping our clients
  • Your workstyle is self-reliant, professional and resultoriented
  • You are a teamplayer, flexible and have an eye for detail
