Für unseren Kunden in der Luftfahrtindustrie suchen wir ab sofort mehrere motivierte Kandidaten für den Standort AD Finkenwerder, Deutschland für die folgende Position:
Customer Delivery Experience Manager (d/f/m)Ref. 2021_152
Aufgabenprofil:

  • full customer support as in main contact person for any customer queries related to the aircraft delivery (Single Aisle & A380)
  • Ipreparation of customer arrival with worldwide Airbus departments: hotel booking, planning of their stay in Hamburg, organisation of transport and onsite welcome event
  • Icommunication to customer’s homebase and authorities. Also regarding visa issues etc. ensure availability of necessary documents
  • Iensure information flow within all involved Airbus departments and interfaces outside Airbus
  • Irequest of Airbus visitor badges, plus ensure functionality of offices and technical equipment being assigned
  • Iadministration and control of budget being used for assigned tasks
  • Icontact person for external suppliers
  • Iface to face care of customers

Anforderungsprofil:

  • At leasrt Vocational training Management assistant for office communication, with vocational training with many years of experience.
  • At least Bachelor’s degree Studies Communication sciences or Business administration or at least Bachelor’s degree program International Management
  • high flexibility in regards to the working hours (two shifts 7:30/8:00 - 16:00 and 12:00 - 20:00, plus rotating "on call duty" on Saturdays)
  • high autonomous working spirit due to home office and onsite support
  • strong communicational skills, also within international environments
  • A least special knowledge of MS Office
  • At least German proficient and English business fluent
