We are a fast-growing team with our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden and offices in Finland and Germany. For our team in Hamburg, Germany we are now looking for our next Content Manager, who will lead and develop our social media and content strategy. The person we are looking for doesn’t need to have the longest education, but a big passion for social media, user engagement and creative content is a must to succeed in this role. Sounds like you? About the Role:

The Content Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as she/he engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of:

  • Turning fans into customers.
  • Turning customers into advocates.

Responsibilities:

Manage social media and content marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content across all social media platforms.
  • Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting.
  • Development of brand identity, awareness and online reputation
  • Content management (including website)
  • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic

Who you are:

  • Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Top level German language skills and an international mindset is a must, great level of English is highly valued.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
  • Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, audio and video format.
