Your Responsibilities

As Chief of Staff (m/f/d) to the Chief Executive Officers you will work closely with our co-founders to drive key projects nationally and internationally. You will fully own most important strategic initiatives across the whole company and will take over a key role within strategic partnerships and (M&A) projects.
  • As the right-hand and sparring partner to our CEO you will directly collaborate with our co-founders on our strategy, organizational structure and various key projects. Beyond that you will engage with and challenge the senior management team in significant decision making.
  • You fully oversee and drive the creation, implementation and optimization of companywide cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • In direct collaboration with the CEO you will manage high-budgeted (M&A) projects. Thus you significantly contribute to our international expansion process across our different services and geographies.
  • Through KPI-driven analyses and decision making across the whole company you continuously collaborate on how we measure success and accelerate demand generation in order to achieve outstanding results.
  • Own, prepare and run the most important company meetings; Continuously improve our company-wide strategy processes, making sure strategies and key initiatives are well-defined and tracked over the mid term and the long term; Own the annual company calendar and make sure cross-functional activities and events are well aligned working with leaders across the company
Your profile
  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a top tier university.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience from a top consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, etc.)
  • Experience working in a demanding international environment with highly motivated and driven professionals (experience in a high growth startup or scale-up environment is a plus)
  • Ability to handle projects with multiple work streams and senior stakeholders over a wide variety of functional business problems
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, yet a “hands-on” attitude with a focus on fast and flawless execution
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities in German and English; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages making you a great discussion partner
