YOUR TASKS:

• Using an analytical approach you simplify problems and you serve as sparring partner for our senior management.
• You will build lasting relationships with stakeholders. Always have an ear to the pulse of the organization, its needs and ensure the flow of information - bottom-up as well as top-down.
• You’ll work closely with Finance to provide necessary information to make effective strategic decisions.
• You’ll oversee strategic business initiatives from the development phase through to successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
• You’ll help our founders to overcome challenges in your role as integrator and communicator to all parts of the organization.
• You support the implementation and the monitoring of OKR’s.
• You actively support our founders in investor relations and reporting, as well in the closing of upcoming finance rounds.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Founded experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company, or as a management consultant at one of the top-tier management consultancies.
• Extensive experience of managing strategic, and cross functional projects end to end.
• You’re a highly analytical, number driven, and hands-on, who also knows that beside all the facts it is necessary to convince people through an empathetic, and people oriented communication.
• You have a “Getting things done” attitude and you’re working method is highly structured and organized.
• Proficient in Excel.
• You‘re passionate about joining our mission, and want to be part of an exciting growth phase.
• Full proficient in German and English.
