On behalf of our client in Münster, Germany we are looking for motivated talents as customer service advisors (m/f/x).

About The Role
  • Excellent advice and support for our customers on all product-related issues
  • Answering customer enquiries via the communication channels telephone and e-mail
  • Identify and report any potential for product improvement to your team leader
  • Cooperative collaboration with other team members with different cultures and mentalities
You Will Need To
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • You speak Spanish at a native level
  • Knowledge in English is required, for the trainigs and the communnacation within the company
  • Work experience in professional customer service or in the commercial sector is a plus
  • A strong service and solution-oriented mindset
  • Independent work and flexibility
  • Empathy and the ability to listen actively
